JIWA SASTRAKU HANYA HIDUP PADA MEREKA YANG EHSAN PADA SASTRAKU.
JIKA SASTRAKU DIHINA AKU AKAN BERUNDUR DARINYA, AKU BERUNDUR BUKAN BERARTI AKU KALAH TAPI AKU TAK MAHU SASTRAKU TERUS TERUSAN DILUKAI TANPA EHSAN.
KERANA AKU TIDAK PUNYAI APA-APA YANG DIBANGGAKAN MANUSIA AKU SUDAH TERLALI DENGAN PENGHINAAN CUMA AKU TAK TEGA BILA SASTERAKU DIHINA OLEH MEREKA YANG IRI PADA SASTRAKU.
YANG PENTING HATIMU HATIKU TAK BERUBAH ANDAINYA HATIMU BERUBAH KUREDHA ...

A TOTAL of 1,033 families can now live in their new homes after two decades of waiting for subsidised government housing.

The monarch granted 390 house keys under the Meragang National Housing Scheme, while 643 keys were presented under the Tanah Jambu National Housing Scheme.
The Tanah Jambu National Scheme comprises 164 semi-detached houses and 479 terrace homes.
The Housing Development Department stated the 450 hectare Tanah Jambu National Housing Scheme had already seen a total of 1,522 houses being built, including 1,256 terrace homes.
It added the terrace and semi-detached houses have a size of 148 square metres and 147 square metres, respectively.
Since the National Housing Scheme was introduced, more than 19,000 houses had been built throughout the country.
As of 2013, a total of 14,309 houses were built on the National Housing Scheme land, while 5,502 houses were built on the Landless Indigenous Citizens Housing Scheme site.
“The National Housing Scheme will continue to be an important agenda, and it also plays a major role in shaping the country’s housing industry, especially in providing the concept of sustainable and affordable housing that is in line with one of the objectives of the National Development Plan to improve the quality of life,’’ the statement said.
Under the 10th National Development Plan (RKN 10), the government has implemented housing programmes across the country in a bid to meet the needs of the citizens, aligning again with the Vision 2035 of ensuring the well-being of citizens.
Brunei-Muara District Officer Hj Jamain Momin expressed his gratitude on behalf of all recipients for the house grants which would allow them to live more comfortably and enjoy an improved standard of living.
Despite his hectic schedule, His Majesty also visited several new homeowners at the Tanah Jambu National Housing Scheme.
Many of the residents took the opportunity to thank the monarch and take family pictures with him.
Abd Adeeneel Abd Nasir, a taxi driver, said he applied for national housing 19 years ago, and expressed much delight when His Majesty visited him and his family at their new house on Jalan Binglu Tengah. The 50-year-old said a total of six people live in the double-storey three-bedroom terrace house. He added more police presence is needed in the neighbourhood, especially at night.
Sharing similar sentiments was 43-year-old Siti Junaidah Matzinin. The mother of two said she was satisfied with the basic amenities her new house was furnished with. She added that her late husband submitted the application for the house 20 years ago.
Previously, she and her children lived at her father’s house in Kg Ujung Bukit in the capital.
She hoped the relevant government agencies would reconsider adding more turning points closer to the housing’s entry and exit roads on the highway.
